Free accounts get 5 AI word-pack generations a day. The count resets at midnight (server time). Buy the one-off Pro Unlock from the paywall to raise that to 200 a day, forever — it's a single purchase, not a subscription.
Open Settings → Restore purchase. This re-checks your purchase with Apple and re-applies it to your account — it doesn't charge you again. If you switched Apple IDs, sign in with the Apple ID you originally purchased with.
Make sure Sign in with Apple is enabled for your Apple ID in Settings → [your name] → Sign in & Security on your device, and that you have a network connection. If it still fails, email us with your device model and iOS version.
Tap Report on the pack. It's reviewed and offending content is removed. AI-generated content can occasionally be wrong or unexpected — reports are the fastest way to get it fixed.
Open the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This immediately and permanently erases your account, email, usage counters, feedback and purchase record from our server — no support request needed. See our Privacy Policy for details.
